And that’s it…Your future president is officially 22 years old ;)

Yep, today, 9th of January 2008, I’m officially a 22 years ‘old’ guy (we don’t say I’ve become older but rather, I’ve reached a higher level of maturity[and wisdom...]).

So what happened so special for me today…The specialty  of this day can be derived solely from the fact that nothing special happened or it did happen maybe; I was given much more house chores to do than on usual days. Its today that my parents have decided to move my sister’s room upstairs….

From what i planned in my mind as a normal,nice day among my family members eating something special and a cake…ended up lifting chairs,sofas, cupboards,and ‘tons’ of bags…and for lunch, I had 2 pairs of dholl puris (because everyone was so busy, they didn’t even prepare lunch and they said that we will have lunch in a nearby restaurant…which i refused).  In the afternoon,my sister and I were invited at my cousin’s place (it’s also his birthday today, 2 years elder to me)…I had dinner there and here i am…home sweet home.

One thing i’ve learnt…better not stay at home on birthdays to avoid the kind of surprise i got :p…and hopefully, on 9 January 2009, I won’t be!
