Sleep? Day or night?

I was thinking…why do most of us think that people normally sleep at night and work during the day? Is it because long ago people had no lights at night? But now we have na? But then…why do we contibue with that habit (bad?) of sleeping at night?

Personally, i would have preferred sleeping during the day and work at night! Temperature is cooler!

    i would prefer to enjoy at night + some sleep at night
    then sleep during the day + some lunch + some fun + a minimal amount of work

    What about sleeping whole day and whole night??? All the contrary that I am doing nowadays!!!
